Our story

Osteria Sant’Uffizio was founded in 2025, right in front of the palace of the same name, in the heart of Rome. A name and identity by choice: a strong bond with the city, respect for tradition, and a contemporary perspective. Our menu features only dishes from the most authentic Roman and Italian culinary traditions, prepared with modern techniques, state-of-the-art equipment, and the highest quality, traceable ingredients.
